Play Games For Prizes at GSN

I always used to love watching Game Show Network on TV because of all the old game show reruns they aired. And they also have a website where you can play lots of games yourself! Granted this is not a surefire way to get your hands on money, but it’s fun to do and you can compete for cash and win on occasion. Tokens

When I first created my account, I saw that I was given 12,500 tokens. Unfortunately, no, these cannot be redeemed for anything or used as cash. BUT you can use them to play in GSN’s casino and various tournaments in the cash games section.

Oodles

You’ll also notice that you have something called “Oodles” in addition to tokens. You can use these to redeem for chances to win more tokens or bid on more tokens.

How do cash games work?

It looks like GSN has partnered with another gaming site, WorldWinner, to offer their users cash games where they have a shot at cash prizes. Lots of the games in the cash section you can play for free, but you can also upgrade your account at GSN/WorldWinner and make a deposit to have a shot at winning more money. GSN/WorldWinner will match what you deposit as a bonus. The minimum amount you can deposit is $10. This could be FUN, but I should definitely warn you to be careful here. Don’t spend money you don’t have trying to win more!
If you manage to win something and your account balance increases in addition to what you deposited, you can withdraw your earnings through several methods. You can ask for credit card, Paypal, or check. When you win cash games, you can also get reward points that you can redeem.

How can you play just for fun?

Just go to “All Games” and start browsing. They have a ton you can play with — game show games, arcade games, strategy games, casino games, card games, word games, and more. And next to each game, you’ll see what prize is being offered, whether it’s tokens, oodles, or actual cash.

How much are the cash games worth?

It varies. Some prizes are as low as a couple of bucks and others are upwards of $20. There is a fee to play the cash games, and it’s usually not much either. Most I’m seeing here are not more than a few dollars, and remember this will be deducted from the deposit you make if you upgrade your account to cash player.
