Treasure Trooper is a get paid to site that has been around for a long time now. I became a member when I first started researching work at home and didn’t realize there were other things out there to do besides GPT sites. The site works about the same as all the other GPT sites — fill out offers, take surveys, and earn money. I know it isn’t a scam, but my personal experience with the site is very limited so I can’t really say I recommend it. I did not bother with it enough to actually get paid, although I know they do pay their users because they have a large “Payment Proof” section where many people have been paid and shared it.
If this one interests you, here are some basic details:

Who can register?

You can sign up for Treasure Trooper as long as you’re at least 13 years old. They appear to allow international registration as well. Only one account per household is allowed.

When does Treasure Trooper pay?

They pay monthly. You cannot get your money unless you’ve earned at least $20. Everything is also from the month before, so what you get in February would be what you actually earned in January. You can request your money via either check or Paypal.

What are the different ways to earn here?

  • Completing offers
  • Short tasks
  • Searching the web
  • Shopping
  • Surveys
  • Win prizes
  • Treasure codes
  • Referring friends

How does the referral program work?

Treasure Trooper will give you a 20 percent commission on all the offers your referrals complete. If your friends refer people, you can get a 5 percent commission from what those people earn. As you probably know, getting referrals is tricky! You can go here to read my tips for successfully getting referrals.

Does Treasure Trooper have a forum?

They do, and this always makes me more comfortable. I like to browse forums and read user feedback when possible. Here is the link to the Treasure Trooper forum.

Is this worth it?

You may want to read my post on GPT sites in general. A lot of people use these for extra money, but many times people will try to lure you in with false claims that you’ll make hundreds or thousands of dollars per month using them. I’m not saying that some people haven’t, but I am saying it’s not the norm. I would go into this expecting extra cash only. Also — please do the smart thing and set yourself up an extra email account to use for this site. When you sign up for the offers, you’re guaranteed to get a lot of junk email in return. You don’t want that clogging up your main inbox. Also, if an offer requires that you fill out your phone number, you should not put in your actual number for the same reason — you’ll get telemarketing calls. Go to k7.net and set yourself up a free, internet based phone number and just use that.
