If you work full time (35+ hours/week) and sign up with your supervisor, you can earn $10 for completing two short surveys (15-20
min). Your supervisor can earn $5 for completing one short survey (5-10
min). The surveys ask your general opinions about your traits and your
workplace.
In order to participate in this study, you must be
willing to provide the name and email address of your supervisor, who
will be asked to complete a short survey. Their responses are completely
confidential. Your supervisor will be paid $5 for participating in this
study with you.
You will receive your second survey approximately
4 weeks after completing the first survey. Your supervisor will also be
emailed a survey link approximately 4 weeks after you complete the
second survey.
The $10 will be mailed to you. And, as
noted above, you will have to get your supervisor to do a short
